Kettlebell Workshops
(currently booking for Sundays & Mondays only)
4 week continuous workshop consisting of (4) 2 1/2 hour sessions, totaling 10 hours of kettlebell instruction.
Instruction will cover: kettlebell swings, cleans, presses, snatches, squats and lunges, and the Turkish Get-Up.
Participants are encouraged to buy their own kettlebell; practice between sessions is crucial to continous progression. You can arrange to purchase your kettlebell through me.
It is recommended that participants have resistance training and cardio-vascular training experience.
Groups must have a minimum of 6, and are capped at 12, to allow time for individualized instruction when needed.
Fee for the kettlebell workshop is $99 for each participant.
Private instruction is available at the rate of $50 per 90 minute session.
