If you have any chronic health conditions, injuries or training goals (i.e. sports specific) I will work with you and your health care provider, or coach, to plan a safe, efficient program that considers these needs and enables you to reach your health and fitness goals.

Improve Technical Skills
If you play a particular sport, I will help you improve your skill by using training techniques specific to your sport. We will incorporate skills training into your program so you improve not only your strength and endurance, but your agility and mental focus as well.

I will introduce you to very simple, effective routines and build efficiently, as you develop the confidence and knowledge to progress to more advance levels.
Break Through Plateaus
Ok, you’re already in pretty decent shape, but you've been there for years. If you have reached a plateau or hit the wall, I will break down your exercise program, and re-design a training regimen to help you break through and reach that next level.
Workout Safely
By watching your form and monitoring your vitals, I can provide objective feedback about your limits and strengths. Most of us tend to ignore some of the subtle signals our body provides. We either push through pain or give up too soon. I might have to push you a little or slow you down as necessary.
Lose weight
If your goal is to lose weight, I will work with you in understanding the key elements of supportive nutrition. You will learn how to transform your body’s composition by eliminating body fat and building lean muscle tissue.
